To reduce morbidity and allow early rehabilitation of patients, the Prodisc-L instrument design supports less invasive approaches through small incisions, and offers a clear, open view and easy handling. By using these instruments the surgeon can place the prosthesis precisely in the appropriate position. The insertion instrument holds the prosthesis internally in midline so that minimal exposure is required during insertion. The instruments are designed for a safe and simple straightforward procedure.
